⬩ The final price is bound to desire of the client's wishes and piece complexity. To get a price inquiry, please check my VGen.
⬩ The client must provide up to date references. They can be in image form and/or written form.
Images must be of a good quality, enough to discern details. Written description must be as detailed as possible, written in english or italian. Any changes outside initial approval must be discussed and accepted. Changes may require additional charges depending on their complexity.PAYMENT AND REFUNDS
⬩ Drawing will not be started until payment is received.
⬩ Refunds can be requested at any time. If the commission is being cancelled during its creation, refunds will be calculated depending on the progress.
⬩ Full refunds are issued only before the start of the commission.
⬩ I reserve the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.PROCESS
⬩ Illustration commissions can feature low-quality work-in-progress (WIP) updates IF previously discussed.
⬩ WIPs will be sent if I have any questions about the piece. The client may take advantage of WIPs to inform me of any changes they wish to make.
⬩ Your commission will take a variable amount of time to complete, depending on many factors such as health, order of commissions, complexity, or real-life issues. You will be notified of any delay.
⬩ After a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed (i.e. small colour adjustments). Any significant changes will come with extra charge (e.g. pose changes, outfit changes, background changes).COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICYAs the artist, I retain all rights to my artwork. I reserve the right to repost, use, and sell created art in digital or physical form.
⬩ I do not claim any rights to characters and other intellectual properties used.
⬩ Commercial rights are to be discussed upfront and paid through VGen's licensing feature.
⬩ If a commissioned piece is meant to be kept private, it needs to be openly and undoubtedly stated before the delivery.You reserve the right to:
⬩ Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only, with proper credit given. (Note: Writing "credit to the artist" is NOT proper credit.)
⬩ Print the art, and claim the right of their original character(s), but not the drawing itself.The following is considered copyright infringement, and if you break it in any way, your rights to the drawing will be revoked:⬩ Reproducing or using the copyrighted artwork commercially without previous agreement.
⬩ Taking credit for the creation of the artwork.
⬩ Removing any watermarks or signatures.
